2015年以来,国家不断出台各项政策加强对房地产的调控,中小房企面临着更加严峻的市场形势。人才作为企业的核心竞争力,是保证企业维持较高服务质量和竞争力的关键所在。招聘作为人力资源管理中的首要环节,更要把握人才的质量,招聘符合企业发展的人才。招聘结果的好坏直接影响企业后期各项业务能否顺利开展,所以招聘到适合企业的人才是重中之重。
