坚持为人民服务宗旨,自觉建构社会主义市场经济的伦理精神,在实践中的矛盾焦点是如何处理好有偿服务与无私奉献的关系。这一问题不解决,在市场经济条收下坚持为人民服务的宗旨就可能成为高悬于空中的政治口号,党员在市场经济活动中就难有可以切实遵行的基本行为要求。无私奉献精神是共产党人道德理想和道德境界的最高追求,这在任何时候、任何情况下都应当坚持和发扬。但是,高扬无私奉献精神与遵行有偿服务的市场经济行为规则并不绝对对立。
Insisting on the principle of serving the people and consciously constructing the ethics of the socialist market economy, the contradiction in practice focuses on how to handle the relationship between paid service and selfless dedication. If this issue is not resolved, the principle of insisting on serving the people under the conditions of a market economy may become a political slogan suspended in the air. Party members will find it hard to comply with the basic requirements of their behavior in the market economy. Selfless dedication is the supreme pursuit of the communists’ ideals of morality and morality. They should be upheld and promoted at any time and under any circumstances. However, there is no absolute contradiction between promoting selfless dedication and complying with the rules of a market economy under paid services.
