社会各部门通常把人员安排到一定的工作岗位,并且要求岗位人员必须履行一定的职责,然后,所在部门再支付给他们一定数量的工资及其附加费(以下简称工资)作为劳动报酬。为了研究问题方便起见,我们把岗位要求人员必须履行的职责叫作岗位功能,把岗位人员领取的工资叫作岗位成本。而功能/成本的比值则是岗位价值。如何运用价值工程提高岗位价值,是各部门主要管理者在充分合理利用人力时必须予以充分考虑的问题。应用价值工程理论分析提高岗位价值的途径有:一、成本不变,提高功能
The various departments of society usually arrange personnel to certain jobs, and require the position personnel to perform certain duties. Then, their department pays them a certain amount of wages and surcharges (hereinafter referred to as wages) as labor compensation.
