目的分析中药配伍对麻杏薏甘汤中苦杏仁苷含量的影响。方法通过L8(27)正交设计,采用HPLC法对麻杏薏甘汤中苦杏仁苷含量进行测定。结果中药配伍中,甘草、麻黄等对麻杏薏甘汤中苦杏仁苷含量存在显著差异(P<0.05)。而薏苡仁的影响效果不显著,且差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在中药配伍中,甘草能降低麻杏薏甘汤中苦杏仁苷含量,而麻黄能够增高其含量,因此符合一定的组方原则。
Objective To analyze the effect of traditional Chinese medicine compatibility on the content of amygdalin in “Ma Xing Yi Yi Gan Tang”. Methods The content of amygdalin in Ma Xing Yi Gan Gan was determined by HPLC with L8 (27) orthogonal design. Results compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine, licorice, ephedra, etc. on the Ma Xing Yi-Gan Tang amygdalin content was significantly different (P <0.05). The effect of Coix seed is not significant, and the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Conclusion In the compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine, licorice can reduce the content of amygdalin in Ma Xing Yi Gan Tang, while Ephedra can increase its content, so it complies with certain prescription principle.
