目的:探讨卵巢癌患者接受紫杉醇联合顺铂化疗的各种不良反应及术后保健方法。方法:对55例卵巢癌患者进行化疗前处理,化疗中观察,对症护理及术后保健。结果:骨髓抑制51例,恶心、呕吐37例,脱发53例,肌肉关节痛34例,血压升高3例,过敏反应2例,无肾脏不良反应发生。结论:做好紫杉醇联合顺铂化疗的化疗前准备,化疗中观察,对症治疗及术后保健是减轻患者痛苦、提高生活质量的重要方法。
Objective: To investigate the various adverse reactions and postoperative care methods of patients with ovarian cancer receiving paclitaxel plus cisplatin chemotherapy. Methods: 55 cases of ovarian cancer patients before chemotherapy, chemotherapy, symptomatic care and postoperative care. Results: There were 51 cases of bone marrow suppression, 37 cases of nausea and vomiting, 53 cases of hair loss, 34 cases of muscle and joint pain, 3 cases of hypertension, 2 cases of anaphylaxis and no adverse reactions of kidney. Conclusion: It is an important method to relieve patients’ pain and improve the quality of life after doing the chemotherapy preparation, chemotherapy observation, symptomatic treatment and postoperative care of paclitaxel combined with cisplatin chemotherapy.
