图书馆员职业幸福感直接关系馆员在图书馆服务工作中的感受,课题组通过向河北省高校图书馆员发放职业幸福感调查问卷,对高校图书馆职业幸福感现状进行调查,分析了影响因素,同时从不同角度指出了提升馆员职业幸福感的途径。
The professional happiness of librarians directly affects the experience of librarians in the library service work.
