为了获得翼型涡流发生器的抑垢特性,采用离线称重法,研究了在不同间距、不同攻角下三角翼、矩形翼、梯形翼三种翼型涡流发生器对CaCO_3污垢结垢量的变化。结果表明:翼型涡流发生器具有抑垢性,单位面积结垢量要少于光片;三种翼型中,具有较小迎流截面积的三角翼试片结垢量最少;攻角对抑垢性有影响,攻角30°布置翼的结垢域要少于攻角90°的翼;翼的排列间距对结垢量也有影响。
