目的比较舒血宁注射液与疏血通注射液治疗脑血栓的疗效。方法 120例脑血栓患者分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ三组,Ⅰ组40人,应用丹参注射液治疗,Ⅱ组40人,应用疏血通注射液治疗;Ⅲ组40人,应用舒血宁注射液治疗。结果Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组的治疗疗效明显优于Ⅰ组(P<0.05)。Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组各指标并无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论舒血宁注射液与疏血通注射液治疗脑血栓都有着相对较好的疗效,值得在临床上推广研究。
Objective To compare Shuxuening injection and Shuxuetong injection in the treatment of cerebral thrombosis. Methods One hundred and twenty patients with cerebral thrombosis were divided into three groups: Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ, 40 in group Ⅰ, treated with Danshen injection, 40 in group Ⅱ and treated with Shuxuetong injection. In group Ⅲ, 40 patients were treated with Shuxuening injection Liquid treatment. Results The curative effects of group Ⅱ and Ⅲ were better than that of group Ⅰ (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ (P> 0.05). Conclusion Shuxuening injection and Shuxuetong injection in the treatment of cerebral thrombosis have a relatively good effect, it is worth in the clinical promotion of research.
