随着电力事业的迅猛发展,电力企业管理正变得更加严格。电力企业管理中离退休工作占有十分重要的地位。电力企业离退休人员为发展电力事业做出来巨大的贡献,推动了我国供电企业的稳定发展,保证了电力系统安全可靠地运行,所以必须要加强创新离退休人员管理模式,保证退休人员的权益。本文主要分析了当前电力企业退休工作的现状、存在的问题,并提出了相应的创新管理模式,以期提高离退休人员的管理水平。
With the rapid development of power industry, power enterprise management is becoming more stringent. Retirement management plays a very important role in power enterprise management. Retirees in power enterprises made great contributions to the development of power industry, promoted the stable development of power supply enterprises in our country and ensured the safe and reliable operation of power system. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the management mode of innovative retirees and ensure the rights and interests of retirees. This paper mainly analyzes the current situation and existing problems of retirement work in electric power enterprises and puts forward corresponding innovation management mode in order to improve the management level of retired personnel.
