本文对60例皮肤及软组织感染患者分两组分别使用天津史克公司和英国史克必成公司生产的莫匹罗星进行了随机双盲对比观察。以2%莫匹罗星软膏外用5天,每日三次(未愈者继续用至10天)。结果两组临床有效率分别为100%和96.7%(P>0.05),两组细菌清除率分别为100%和93.9%(P>0.05)。在临床观察过程中未发现不良反应,也未发现实验室指标的异常改变。对莫匹罗星等4种药物以试管对倍稀释法对54株致病菌进行体外抗菌活性检测,莫匹罗星对38株金葡球菌MIC50和MIC90各为0.06mg/L和0.25mg/L,对13株表葡球菌的MIC50和MI90各为0.06mg/L和0.5mg/L.但肺炎杆菌(1株)和大肠杆菌(1株)对之不敏感。纸片法药敏试验结果:43株金葡球菌中40株(93.02%)对莫匹罗星敏感,13株表葡球菌对莫匹罗星均敏感(100%).结果表明莫匹罗星是一种安全、有效的药品,适用于细菌特别是革兰氏阳性球菌所致的皮肤感染性疾病。
In this paper, 60 cases of skin and soft tissue infections were divided into two groups were used in Tianjin Shi Ke company and the United Kingdom Schiphol produced mupirocin for a randomized double-blind comparison. Apply 2% mupirocin ointment topically for 5 days three times a day (unhealed to 10 days). Results The clinical efficacies of the two groups were 100% and 96.7%, respectively (P> 0.05). The bacterial clearance rates of the two groups were 100% and 93.9%, respectively (P> 0.05). No adverse reactions were observed during clinical observation, and no abnormal changes of laboratory indexes were found. The antibacterial activity of four pathogens such as mupirocin against four pathogens was tested by in vitro dilution method. Mupirocin was 0.06 mg / L and 0 for 38 S.aureus MIC50 and MIC90 respectively. 25 mg / L, MIC50 and MI90 of 13 Staphylococcus epidermidis were 0.06 mg / L and 0.5 mg / L respectively. But Klebsiella pneumoniae (1 strain) and E. coli (1 strain) is not sensitive. Drug susceptibility test results by disk method: 40 strains of Staphylococcus aureus (93.02%) were sensitive to mupirocin and 13 strains of Staphylococcus were resistant to mupirocin (100%). The results show that mupirocin is a safe and effective drug for dermatological infections caused by bacteria, especially Gram-positive cocci.
