目的 探讨新生儿窒息时淋巴细胞调亡与脑细胞凋亡是否具相关性,以期寻求围生窒息时临床客观判定脑细胞凋亡的指标。方法 制作新生猪HIE模型,用琼脂电泳及流式细胞术对HIE新生猪及正常对照新生猪淋巴细胞及脑细胞凋亡进行定性、定量分析。结果 HIE新生猪(n= 15)淋巴细胞及脑细胞凋亡率均显著高于正常对照组(n= 12)。F= 8.67 P< 0.01,窒息新生猪淋巴细胞凋亡与脑细胞凋亡呈显著正相关,r= 0.4007 P= 0.038。结论 体外淋巴细胞凋亡率可作为评估围生窒息新生儿活体内脑细胞凋亡状况的一项客观的临床指标
Objective To investigate whether lymphocyte apoptosis is associated with apoptosis in neonatal asphyxia, in order to find an objective indicator of brain cell apoptosis objectively in perinatal asphyxia. Methods The neonatal pig model of HIE was established. The apoptosis and the apoptosis of lymphocytes and brain cells of newborn piglets from HIE and normal control were detected by agarose gel electrophoresis and flow cytometry. Results The apoptosis rate of lymphocytes and brain cells in HIE newborn piglets (n = 15) were significantly higher than that of the normal control group (n = 12). F = 8.67 P <0.01. There was a significant positive correlation between apoptotic lymphocytes and apoptotic brain cells in neonatal asphyxia neonates (r = 0.4007 P = 0.038). Conclusion The rate of lymphocyte apoptosis in vitro can be used as an objective clinical index to evaluate the apoptosis of brain cells in neonates with perinatal asphyxia
