中国学术界对南朝鲜经济的研究,过去着重于揭露其官僚与垄断资本的勾结,从而得出“腐朽没落”的结论。但近年里看好其经济高速增长形势,发现很难对南朝鲜财阀所处的地位和所起的作用作出“合理解释”,因而又出现避免对南朝鲜财阀作正面学术研究的倾向。我认为,无论是过去还是现在,不了解南朝鲜财阀,都无法全面、客观地把握南朝鲜经济的真实面貌,尤其是在今天南朝鲜经济进入新的转型期时,我们更应该及时追踪南朝鲜主要财阀的新动向。
The Chinese academia’s study of the economy in south Korea has in the past focused on exposing the collusion between its bureaucrats and monopoly capital, and thus reached the conclusion of “decadent decay.” However, in recent years, it has been optimistic about its rapid economic growth and found it hard to make a “reasonable explanation” of the position and role played by the south Korean chaebol, thus resulting in a tendency to avoid making a positive academic study of south Korea’s chaebol. I think neither the past nor the present can understand the true nature of South Korea’s economy in a comprehensive and objective manner without understanding the South Korean chaebol. In particular, as South Korea’s economy enters a new phase of transition today, we should follow up with South Korea The new trend of the main chaebol.
