目的探讨细节管理在儿科护理管理中的应用。方法随机选取我院收治的140例住院患儿作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各为70例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上实施细节管理,观察两组的护理效果。结果观察组患儿的护理纠纷发生率及感染的发生率低于对照组,家长满意率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在儿科护理中实施细节管理,能有效减少患儿感染发生率,提高患者满意度。
Objective To explore the application of detail management in pediatric nursing management. Methods A total of 140 hospitalized children admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 70 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing care. The observation group was given the detail management based on the control group, Observed the two groups of nursing effects. Results The incidence of nursing disputes and infection in observation group was lower than that in control group, and the satisfaction rate of parents was higher than that in control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The implementation of detail management in pediatric nursing can effectively reduce the incidence of infection in children and improve patient satisfaction.
