一、前言目前国内生产无心磨床中,导轮调速系统可分两大类:一类是有级机械变速,而另一类是直流无级调速系统,包括可控硅直流调速系统及电机组调速系统。中小型无心磨床大部分采用可控硅直流调速系统。它虽然操作方便,简单,可理想地达到无级变速要求。但由于无心磨床结构及磨削工艺特殊性所限,当机床使用一段时间后(即机械阻力矩、减少到一个稳定值时)磨削大直径,长工件及磨削量大时,采用可控硅调速系统就产生“倒拖”直观现象(就是导轮转速无限制增加。)此时机床无法工作,国内生产厂家都很重视,提出多种改进方案。本文着重叙述在M1080无心磨床中,采用可逆调速系统,解决倒拖现象。

This article focuses on the M1080 centerless grinder, the use of reversible speed control system to solve the phenomenon of inverted drag.
