本文研究了D2EHMTPA从盐酸溶液中萃取铟的性能,其萃取率随着酸度增大而减小,与D2EHDTPA和D2EHPA相比较,萃取能力大小顺序为 D2EHDTPA>D2EHMTPA>D2EHPA 用饱和法和连续变量法确定萃合物组成为InA_3。红外光谱和核磁共振谱研究表明:D2EHMTPA萃取铟的机理是阳离子交换反应,并与P=S键配位,还测定了不同温度下的分配比(5~35℃),求得萃取热力学函数。
In this paper, the extraction performance of D2EHMTPA from hydrochloric acid solution was studied. The extraction rate of D2EHMTPA decreased with the increase of acidity. Compared with D2EHDTPA and D2EHPA, the order of extraction capacity was D2EHDTPA> D2EHMTPA> D2EHPA. Saturation and continuous variables The complex is composed of InA_3. The results of IR and 1H-NMR showed that the mechanism of extraction of indium by D2EHMTPA was cation exchange reaction and coordinate with P = S bond. The distribution ratio (5 ~ 35 ℃) of different temperature was also measured and the extraction thermodynamic function was obtained.
