分叉肾盂是常见的尿路畸形之一,但临床上引起剧烈腰痛和血尿者罕见,本文报道2例.根据术中发现,认为先天性肾盂分叉畸形引起剧烈腰痛和血尿的原因,与低位肾盂-输尿管夹角粘膜皱叠的形成和低位肾盂-输尿管连接部有纤维索条的压迫有关。本组2例施行了低位肾盂-输尿管夹角纤维索条切断、隆起粘膜皱叠切除及低位肾盂输尿管连接部成型术,使低位肾盂出口扩大,解除了梗阻。术后症状消失,排泄性尿路造影示肾盂积水明显减轻。
