‘金香’是以‘金水1号’为母本,‘库尔勒香梨’实生优株13-1为父本杂交选育成的梨新品种。果实近圆形,果皮绿色,平均单果质量260.0 g,可溶性固形物含量11.34%。果肉细嫩松脆,石细胞少,有香气。在武汉地区8月上中旬果实成熟,盛果期产量37.5 t·hm~(-2)。
