采用热氢处理技术在800℃对Ti-6Al-4V合金进行置氢处理。通过车削试验,比较了切削置氢钛合金时硬质合金刀具的磨损形态,并对其原因进行了探讨。研究结果表明:车削置氢量为0.5%的钛合金时,刀具磨损形态除了前刀面月牙洼磨损和后刀面磨损带之外,边界处还有明显的沟槽磨损;硬化层、氧化磨损、剪切应力和温度梯度、锯齿形毛边、弹性模量降低、锯齿化程度增大是车削置氢量为0.5%的钛合金时产生沟槽磨损的主要原因。
Hydrogen treatment of Ti-6Al-4V alloy was carried out at 800 ℃ by means of thermal hydrogen treatment. Through the turning test, we compared the wear patterns of cemented carbide cutting tools when cutting hydrogen-titanium alloy and the reasons were discussed. The results show that there is obvious groove wear at the boundary except the rake face crater wear and the flank wear zone when the titanium alloy with the hydrogen content of 0.5% is turned by turning. The hardened layer, oxidative wear , Shear stress and temperature gradient, jagged burrs, reduced elastic modulus, and increased degree of sawing are the main reasons for groove wear when turning a titanium alloy with a hydrogen content of 0.5%.
