本文对电子装置在汽车上的工作条件作了分析,并指出了半导体器件的寿命可靠性是电子技术能否在汽车上推广应用的关键,因此,作者提出用动态筛选法解决器件可靠性问题,并从理论上说明动态筛选法的根据和必要性。
This paper analyzes the working conditions of the electronic device in the automobile and points out that the reliability of the life of the semiconductor device is the key to whether the electronic technology can be popularized and applied in the automobile.
