中等职业教育的培养目标必须以社会实际需要为依据,在教学过程中强调应用性、突出对学生综合职业能力的培养。因此,如何构建一个以促进就业为导向,适合中等职业教育的人才培养目标的实训教学体系已成为中职学校必须考虑的问题之一。一、中职学校会计实训教学现状通过对省内一些中职学校的会计实训教学情况的问卷调查,结果显示,虽然每个学校都很重视实训教学,都开设了会计实训课程,但是,仍然存在一些问题,主要集中体现在以下几方面:
