以 M—S理论为基础,导出了在定向凝固过程中电流通过固液界面的情况下,电流密度与柱状晶间距的理论关系式.并对其进行了实验研究.结果表明,电流密度增加时,其柱状晶间距近似呈直线下降的趋势、理论计算与实验结果基本吻合
Based on the theory of M-S, the theoretical relation between the current density and the distance between columnar grains is deduced when the current passes through the solid-liquid interface during directional solidification. And carried on the experiment research to it. The results show that when the current density increases, the spacing of columnar crystals tends to decrease linearly, and the theoretical calculation is in good agreement with the experimental results
