固定资产在企业全部资产中占有很大比例,在生产经营中发挥着重要作用,固定资产具有价值高、使用周期长、使用地点分散、管理难度大的特点,因此固定管理一旦失控,其所造成的损失将远远超过一般的商品存货等流动资产,对企业生产经营影响极大。本人在从事财务管理的基础上总结出固定资产管理中主要存在的问题,并针对这些问题提出了相应的解决方案,希望对固定资产管理有所帮助。
