近十年来,由于对精索静脉曲张与男性不育症之间有了认识,故外科处理一般有所增加。高位结扎手术并不困难,问题在于要区别精索血管,其次在结扎前如未完全排空阴囊内曲张静脉的血液,则术后仍遗留有扩张的精索静脉。这两个问题常招致手术失败。针对这两方面,作者设计了高位结扎术的简易有效的新方法。仰卧位,头端抬高30°,使容易见到血管。
In the last decade, as a result of the awareness of varicocele and male infertility, surgical treatment generally has increased. High ligation surgery is not difficult, the problem is to differentiate spermatic vessels, followed by ligation of incomplete varices before the varicose veins of the blood, the surgery is still left with an enlarged spermatic vein. These two problems often lead to surgery failed. In view of these two aspects, the author designed a simple and effective new method of high ligation. Supine position, the head raised 30 °, making it easy to see the blood vessels.
