陈大同,1955年4月出生,北京人。1977年考入清华大学,获半导体物理专业学士、硕士及博士学位,毕业后留任清华大学讲师。1988年获中国教委首届霍英东青年教师基金;1989年留学美国,先后在伊利诺斯大学和斯坦福大学从事博士后研究,其间在国际专业期刊及国际会议上发表论文20余篇。1993～1995年在美国国家半导体公司任高级工程师。1995年在硅谷与朋友共同创办OMNIVISION Technology公司,任技术副总裁,领导
Chen Datong, born in April 1955, Beijinger. He was admitted to Tsinghua University in 1977 and received bachelor’s, master’s and doctorate degrees in semiconductor physics. After graduation, he was a lecturer at Tsinghua University. He was first awarded the Fok Ying Tung Foundation for Young Teachers in 1988 by the Chinese Education Commission. In 1989, he studied in the United States and conducted postdoctoral fellowships at the University of Illinois and Stanford University. He published more than 20 papers in international journals and international conferences. 1993-1995 in the United States National Semiconductor Company as a senior engineer.
