目的:了解空气中钬激光对猪膀胱作用的特点。方法:以热敏纸和猪膀胱作为实验对象,用钬激光以不同功率组合、不同照射时间及不同距离在水和气体中照射猪膀胱,用肉眼、光镜下观察不同激光参数的消融、凝固作用,并进行对比研究。结果:在空气中使用功率5~30W钬激光可以产生凝固和消融猪膀胱的效应,距离为5~15mm时可实现消融和凝固的双重作用;局部照射时间应小于6s,可避免击穿猪膀胱。结论:空气中钬激光可以实现凝固和消融猪膀胱,有可能在气膀胱下用于浅表性膀胱肿瘤的内镜治疗。
Objective: To understand the characteristics of holmium laser in pig’s bladder. Methods: Thermal paper and porcine bladder were used as experimental objects. Porcine bladder was irradiated with holmium laser at different power, irradiation time and different distance in water and gas. The ablation and coagulation of different laser parameters were observed with naked eyes and light microscope. Role, and comparative study. Results: The use of 5 ~ 30 W holmium laser in air could produce the effect of coagulation and ablation of porcine bladder. When the distance was 5 ~ 15 mm, the double effect of ablation and coagulation could be achieved. The local irradiation time should be less than 6 seconds, . Conclusions: Holmium laser in the air can coagulate and ablate porcine bladder and may be used for endoscopic treatment of superficial bladder tumors in the bladder.
