针对车辆在运行过程中可能出现异常情况,设计了一种将车体振动加速度作为车辆运行状态信号的混合式实时监测系统。通过部署在车体内的传感器节点组成一个实时无线监测网络,采用虚拟化编程软件LABVIEW,对采集的信号进行实时分析和显示,并通过模拟实验对该监测网络予以测试验证。实验结果表明:该无线实时监测网络,具有较高的测试精度和稳定性,能有效的对车辆运行状态进行检测。
In view of the possible abnormal situation during the operation of the vehicle, a hybrid real-time monitoring system which uses the vehicle body vibration acceleration as the signal of the running status of the vehicle is designed. A real-time wireless monitoring network is formed by sensor nodes deployed in the vehicle body. The virtualized programming software LABVIEW is used to analyze and display the collected signals in real time, and the monitoring network is verified through simulation experiments. The experimental results show that the wireless real-time monitoring network has high testing accuracy and stability and can effectively detect the running status of the vehicle.
