伴随着我国市场经济的深入与发展,城市化的建设进程也日益加快,作为城市化建设进程中不可或缺的重要组成部分,交通运输也逐渐成为制约地区经济整体发展水平的主要因素。而交通运输的发展不仅与地区经济的发展规模、发展速度和发展质量密切相关,而且与政府投融资项目的数量和效率存在一定的关联。对交通部门政府投资项目投融资的管理成为交通部门的重要工作。
With the deepening and development of China’s market economy, the process of urbanization is also accelerating. As an indispensable part of the process of urbanization, transportation has gradually become the main factor restricting the overall level of economic development in the region. The development of transportation is not only closely related to the scale, speed and quality of development of the regional economy, but also to the quantity and efficiency of government investment and financing projects.
