目前,世界各国对石油产品计算方法有三种,即标准容量法、体积重量法和衡量法。西欧、美国多采用容量法;原苏联及东欧多采用重量法。桶装重质油料一般均用衡量法。我国计算石油产品曾沿用过标准容量法、重量法,现行使用体积重量法。据几十年的实践表明,上述方法各有优缺点。相比而言,我认为对轻质石油产品还是采用20℃标准容量法好处多,这主要表现在以下几个
