近年来,应用1-2(吡啶偶氮)-间苯二酚钠(简称PAR)作为测定钴的灵敏试剂发表了不少文章.由于PAR与许多金属离子均能生成有色络合物,特别是铁、铜、镍对测定钴有严重干扰,一般都用萃取法、纸色层法来分离干扰元素.我们根据А·И·Бyceb的介绍,用硫代硫酸钠和EDTA掩蔽铜、镍;应用氟化钠消除铁的影响.笔者着重在干扰元素的掩蔽及其消除和显色条件等方面做了一些工作,并应用于不同矿种矿石中微量钻的测定,结果良好.
