阐述清远市科技孵化器发展现状与存在的问题,结合地区发展情况,提出加强领导,提高认识,营造有利于孵化器建设的政策环境;整合已有的科研资源,为在孵企业提供技术指导和支持;结合产业布局,推动和促进传统产业转型升级;积极扶持中介服务平台,构建创新要素深度融合的协同创新网络;做好顶层设计,制定科技孵化器的发展战略等促进当地科技孵化器发展的建议。
In this paper, the status quo and existing problems of technology incubators in Qingyuan City are expounded. Combined with the regional development, the government proposes to strengthen the leadership, raise awareness and create a policy environment conducive to incubator construction. The existing scientific research resources should be integrated to provide technical guidance and support for incubating enterprises. Combine with the industrial layout, promote and promote the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries; actively support the intermediary service platform and build a synergistic innovation network with profound integration of innovative elements; make top-level designs and formulate development strategies for technological incubators to promote the development of local science and technology incubators.
