目的了解大连市食源性疾病流行病学特征,为制定防控措施提供科学依据。方法对大连市2011年食源性疾病报告与搜索资料进行分析。结果 2011年,大连市发生81起食源性疾病,发病726例,死亡10例;7~8月为高发季节,占全年起数的91.36%;致病因素以微生物为主,有毒植物次之;41.98%的事件发生在餐饮单位,37.04%发生于家庭;高发人群为旅游团游客与食用自采野生蘑菇者。结论大连市食源性疾病防控重点为旅游餐饮接待单位,要加强宣传,谨慎采食野生蘑菇。
Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of foodborne diseases in Dalian and to provide a scientific basis for the development of prevention and control measures. Methods Dalian food-borne illness reports and search data were analyzed in 2011. Results In 2011, 81 food-borne diseases occurred in Dalian City, with 726 cases of fatal disease and 10 deaths. In July-August, it was a high-risk season, accounting for 91.36% of the total in the whole year. The main pathogenic factors were microorganisms and poisonous plants ; 41.98% of the incidents occurred in catering units and 37.04% occurred in families; those with high incidence were tourists and wild mushrooms consumed by tourism groups. Conclusion The focus of prevention and control of food-borne diseases in Dalian is tourism catering reception units. It is necessary to strengthen publicity and carefully feed wild mushrooms.
