这是一种高档沥青屋面防水卷材,是以聚酯毡为胎材,以塑性沥青为涂层材料的APP改性沥青油毡。该产品含有特种增强化合物——聚酯,因而坚固、耐久。其自身有塑性,具有高温120℃的耐热性和-10℃的低温柔韧性,抗拉强度、不透水性及尺寸稳定性都比较好。在炎热的气候条件下,它的耐热和抗极强光线辐射性能更为显著。该产品可用于表层里面和内层屋面的防水,也可作屋面单层防水。采用以下3种方法施工: 1.焰炬供烤法。用丙烷气喷灯烘烤油毡的底面,涂油熔化后再用脚踩压油毡,便可与底层粘住。2.热油浇注法。将200℃以上的热熔沥青浇在底层上,然后滚动油毡,使其粘结牢固。3.热风粘结法。用连续的热气熔化油毡边缘的沥青而达到粘结的目的。
This is a kind of high-grade asphalt roofing waterproofing membrane. It is an APP modified asphalt tarpaulin with polyester felt as raw material and plastic asphalt as coating material. This product contains a special reinforcing compound - polyester, and is therefore strong and durable. Its own plasticity, with high temperature of 120 °C heat resistance and low temperature flexibility of -10 °C, tensile strength, impermeability and dimensional stability are better. In the hot climate, its heat resistance and resistance to extreme light radiation are even more pronounced. The product can be used for waterproofing of the surface layer and the inner layer of the roof, and can also be used as a single layer waterproofing of the roof. Use the following three methods of construction: 1. Torch for baking method. The bottom surface of the linoleum is baked with a propane gas torch. After the oil is melted and then pressed on the linoleum, it can stick to the bottom layer. 2. Hot oil pouring method. Hot melt bitumen above 200°C is poured on the bottom layer, and then the linoleum is rolled so that it is firmly bonded. 3. Hot air bonding method. The continuous hot air is used to melt the asphalt on the edge of the felt to achieve bonding.
