对于特需医疗的态度,我的观点是:不鼓励、不限制,并且应该多从卫生医疗工作的目标及经济运营的角度来理性思考。何谓不鼓励?因为一是对于大多数患者来说,由于医疗需求与供给的信息不对称,患者对特需医疗的选择,无疑会有医疗机构诱导的因素。二是医疗机构的责任和使命就是救死扶伤、治病救人,在祛除疾病、护佑生命方面,每个人的权利都是均等的,医疗机构对待患者应一视同仁,不能有贵贱高低之分。三是从节省个人和社会的医疗成本的卫生经济学角度,
