事故是部队建设的大敌。不做好安全防事故工作,部队建设就没有一个顺畅、稳定的环境。人武部处在军地结合部,安全防事故工作有其特殊性,人武干部要认真研究从严治军的特点规律,树立安全防事故工作不是全局胜似全局,不是中心影响中心,讲安全就是讲大局、讲政治的观念。切实增强预防事故的针对性,就能把事故降到最低,确保部队的安全稳定。我认为,预防事故应坚持“五性”。
