目的分离鉴定淡竹叶中的黄酮苷成分,并研究其抑菌活性。方法采用Diaion HP-20、MCI-Gel CHP-20、Toyope-arl HW-40、Sephadex LH-20、RP-18、硅胶等柱色谱技术分离纯化淡竹叶中的黄酮苷成分,根据理化性质及波谱技术鉴定其结构;通过滤纸片法对分离所得化合物进行抑菌活性研究。结果与结论分离鉴定的4个黄酮苷化合物为荭草苷、异荭草苷、牡荆苷和异牡荆苷,对真菌、细菌均有一定的抑制作用,可为淡竹叶的进一步研发提供依据。
Objective To identify and identify the flavonoid glycosides in light bamboo leaves and study their antibacterial activity. Methods Separation and purification of flavonoid glycosides in light bamboo leaves using column chromatography techniques such as Diaion HP-20, MCI-Gel CHP-20, Toyope-arl HW-40, Sephadex LH-20, RP-18, and silica gel, based on physicochemical properties and spectra The structure was identified by the technique; the antibacterial activity of the isolated compound was studied by a filter paper method. Results and Conclusions The four flavonoid compounds isolated and identified were albuterin, isophoridin, vitexin, and isovitexin, which have a certain inhibitory effect on fungi and bacteria, and can provide a basis for further research and development of bamboo. .
