本文叙述了辉光放电等离子体源的等离子体源离子注入.对45号钢进行氮离子注入表面改性,维氏显微硬度由254提高到416.
In this paper, the plasma ion source implantation of glow discharge plasma source is described.The surface modification of 45 steel with nitrogen ion implantation is carried out, the Vickers hardness increases from 254 to 416.
