企业化是地勘行业经营发展的必然趋势。深化地勘单位体制改革是国家推进地勘行业振兴发展的战略决策,对增强地勘队伍活力具有重要意义。积极主动地参与改革,对地勘单位来说充满着机遇与挑战。从转变观念、明确目标、科学管理等几方面论述了地勘行业企业化改革的可行性和发展前景。
Enterprise is the inevitable trend of business development of geological prospecting industry. Deepening the reform of the geological exploration unit system is the strategic decision of the state to promote the revitalization and development of the geological prospecting industry and is of great significance to enhancing the vitality of the geological prospecting team. Actively participating in the reform is full of opportunities and challenges for geological exploration units. This paper discusses the feasibility and development prospect of the enterprise reform in the geological exploration industry from the aspects of changing the concept, defining the goal and scientific management.
