有效的预算管理是提高行政事业单位财政资金使用效益,提高单位综合管理水平的重要手段,对单位财政的科学决策具有重要作用。本文从构建绩效考评体系入手,提出了强化行政事业单位预算管理的几点措施。
Effective budget management is an important means to improve the efficiency of the use of fiscal funds of administrative units and improve the comprehensive management level of the units, and plays an important role in the scientific decision-making of the units of the government. This article starts with the construction of performance appraisal system and puts forward some measures to strengthen the budget management of administrative institutions.
