中职学生多处于青春叛逆时期,做事易冲动且不思后果,本文通过描述一例真实的教育案例,以怀柔与奖惩引导两种截然不同的教育方式的对比,呈现不同的教育结果。
Secondary vocational students are mostly in the period of youth rebellion, easy to impulse to do things and not thinking of the consequences. By describing a case of real education, this paper uses Huairou and rewards and punishments to guide the comparison of two completely different modes of education and presents different educational results.
