研究了香精与乙烯 /醋酸乙烯共聚物粒子之间的界面行为 ,以便为香型母粒的制备提供必要的理论依据 .利用傅立叶变换红外光谱、表面张力、接触角及比表面面积等测定手段 ,分析了香精与载体之间的吸附类型和润湿作用 .并通过一系列吸附实验 ,讨论了配料比、温度、压力、搅拌等工艺条件对吸附量的影响 .结果表明 ,香精在乙烯 /醋酸乙烯共聚物粒子表面的吸附为物理吸附 ;香精无法完全润湿载体粒子表面 ,但可以对其形成部分浸润 ;提高温度、压力、搅拌速度可以增加吸附量 ,而延长吸附时间对增加吸附量贡献不大
The interfacial behavior between flavors and ethylene / vinyl acetate copolymer particles was studied in order to provide necessary theoretical basis for preparation of perfume masterbatch.Using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, surface tension, contact angle and specific surface area, The adsorption type and the wetting effect between the flavor and the carrier were analyzed, and the influence of the process parameters such as the ratio of ingredients, temperature, pressure and stirring on the adsorption capacity was discussed through a series of adsorption experiments. The adsorption on the surface of the copolymer particles is physical adsorption; the fragrance can not completely wet the surface of the support particles, but it can partially infiltrate the particles. Increasing the temperature, pressure and stirring speed can increase the adsorption capacity, while prolonging the adsorption time does not contribute much to increase the adsorption capacity
