我们解剖观察了29尸的臀上皮神经的起源与分布,并作了各种测量。臀上皮神经起源于胸_(12)至腰_4的后股的外侧支,越过髂嵴至臀部才能称臀上皮神经。按其起源和分布,臀上皮神经可分为外侧支、中侧支、内侧支和最内侧支。参与组成一侧的臀上皮神经有2～8支不等。我们把29尸编号列成表一,可以看出各侧臀上皮神经的外侧支、中间支、内侧支或最内侧支由0支、1支、2支、3支或4支组成。根据组成臀上皮神经各支的数目,凡是各支都是由0支和1支组成的,我们归入单支型,由0支和1支以上组成的归入多支型,其他则归入混合型。总计结果,单支型有19侧,左右对称的有4尸(8侧);多支型的有13侧,左右对称只有一尸(两侧);混合型的占26侧,左右对称的有3尸(6侧)。我们的分类同黄志霖氏等的分类法不完全相同。我们注意观察了臀上皮神经跨越髂嵴及臀部分支的情况,所得到的结论是,不受任何结构的约束作用,只有最内侧支的一部分分支,跨过髂嵴后,可能受到臀大肌筋膜及其纤维的不同程度的约束。臀上皮神经在髂嵴处的体表定位是以骶棘肌外缘与髂嵴交点为定点,在此定点内侧1.01厘米及外侧1.1厘米的2.11厘米范围内。我们明确规定了臀区的各境界,并将臀部的上、下、内侧、外侧四区提出了臀部神经的新命名,即臀上皮神经、臀内侧皮神经(原名臀中皮神经)、臀下皮神经和臀外侧皮神经。

The total results, single branch has 19 sides, left and right symmetry has 4 corpses (8 sides); multi-branch has 13 sides, left and right symmetry only one corpse (both sides); hybrid accounted for 26 sides, left and right symmetry 3 dead (6 sides). Our classification is not the same as that of Huang Zhilin’s classification. We observed the condition of the superior gluteal nerve crossing the iliac crest and the buttocks. The conclusion was that without any restraint of the structure, only a part of the innermost branch branches and crosses the iliac crest, it may be affected by gluteus maximus Film and its different degrees of fiber constraints. Gluteal nerve in the iliac crest at the surface of the sacral spine muscle in the outer edge of the intersection with the iliac crest for the fixed point, the fixed point inside 1.01 cm and outside of 1.1 cm in the range of 2.11 cm. We clearly defined the realm of the buttocks and proposed the new nomenclature of the gluteal nerve in the upper, lower, medial, and lateral regions of the buttocks, namely the gluteal nerve, the medial hilum of the hip (formerly known as the gluteal cutaneous nerve), the lower gluteal nerve Cutaneous nerves and lateral gluteal cutaneous nerves.
