该课题1988年由自治区科委下达,先后取得以下重要进展:(1)阿尔泰山虫草的无性世代,经分离、鉴定,确认为中国多毛孢(Hissutella)一新种;寄主蝠蛾亦属我国未报道的新种;定名阿尔泰蝠蛾(H. altaicola)。由于该虫生于较低海拔,生殖能力为已知种的1.7—2倍,加之虫草菌核坚实,并能形成孢梗束,故有特殊的开发价值。(2)虫草菌的深层发酵研究,选育出性状稳定、优良的12号菌株,摇床培养选出适于小批量生产的14号培养基。人工虫草菌粉经分析测定,虫草素、氨基酸、D—甘露醇、粗蛋白、生物碱和有机酸类的含量,均与天然虫草基本相同,亦与青海产虫草相当,另有几种维生素及有用微量元素的含量偏高,可考虑作为替代品供试用(药、食、美容)。(3)已基本摸清阿尔泰山虫草的地理分布、生态特征、蝠蛾生活史及发生规律等,为引种驯化提供了依据。(4)虫
The subject was issued by the autonomous region science commission in 1988. The following important progress has been made: (1) Asexual generation of Cordyceps militaris in Altay was isolated and identified as a new species of Hissutella in China; New species reported; naming H. altaicola.
