针对武术进入学校的历史进行回顾,指出虽然武术运动进入学校的历史悠长,但是在学校教育中却没有得到应有的地位,在整个教学过程中,武术课程所表现出来的一些精神实质没有得到很好的落实。并由此分析出现阶段中学武术教学存在的各种棘手问题。对此,针对中学生这个学习群体,提出政策支持与坚决落实相结合、改变传统武术技术教学、武术技术与武术文化相结合、爱国主义与现代时尚相结合的教学理念。通过以上教学理念的贯彻来提高中学武术教学质量、弘扬民族精神,真正使武术这一民族传统体育项目在广大中学体育课教学中全面继承、大力弘扬。
