一、前言内燃凿岩机系一种专用内燃机,其上半部为二冲程单缸汽油机,下半部为冲击回转机构,有与汽油机燃烧室相通的自由活塞作为冲击活塞,以冲击功输出功率。关于内燃凿岩机的内部压力变化及冲击活塞运动规律,有关单位和工厂曾试图进行测定,但尚未得到较好的结果。为了掌握内燃凿岩机的内在规律,为设计和改进内燃凿岩机,提高冲击效率提供理论依据,内燃凿岩机的生产厂、研究部门要求进行上述测定。天津内燃机研究所在勘探技术研
I. INTRODUCTION Internal combustion rock drill is a kind of special internal combustion engine. Its upper part is a two-stroke single-cylinder gasoline engine. The lower part is the impact swing mechanism. There is a free piston connected with the combustion chamber of the gasoline engine as the impact piston to impact the work output power. With regard to the internal pressure change of the internal combustion rock drill and the movement law of the impact piston, relevant units and factories have tried to perform the measurement, but no good results have been obtained. In order to master the inherent laws of internal combustion rock drills, and provide theoretical basis for designing and improving internal combustion rock drills and improving impact efficiency, the production plants and research departments of internal combustion rock drills are required to perform the above measurements.
