本文初步研究了快速凝固技术和粉末冶金工艺结合起来的方法制备颗粒增强锌基复合材料(ZMC)。通过气雾化法制备高铝锌基合金粉末,采用SiC颗粒和石墨颗粒作增强体和添加剂,用压制烧结的方法制备ZMC。试验结果表明,实验制备的ZMC具有优良的耐磨减摩性能。但材料的压溃强度有待提高。
In this paper, the particle-reinforced zinc matrix composites (ZMC) were prepared by a combination of rapid solidification and powder metallurgy. High-aluminum-zinc-based alloy powders were prepared by gas-atomization method. SiC particles and graphite particles were used as reinforcements and additives. ZMC was prepared by press-sintering method. The experimental results show that ZMC has excellent wear-resistant and friction-reducing properties. However, crush strength of the material to be improved.
