基层思想政治工作者,担负着将党的路线方针政策以及上级党委的各项决议贯彻到职工群众中的任务,担负着直接联系群众、发动群众以积极正确的态度投身到企业各项工作中去的重任,只有使职工在愉悦的心情中,在不知不觉的情况下受到教育,而很少感觉到教育者和教育手段的存在,思想政治工作才能真正收到实效。
