肝立效胶囊为参鹿制药厂生产的中成药,由丹参、白芍、茵陈、栀子、乌梅、胆草等中药组成。临床上用于治疗急、慢性肝炎。我们对其药理作用进行了研究,现报告如下:材料药物:肝立效粉末系由辉南县参鹿制药厂提供。动物:小白鼠,体重18～22克,雌雄各半,购自本院动物室。方法与结果一、对四氯化碳中毒小鼠血清谷丙转氨酶含量的影响将30只小鼠等分3组,第2、3组分别按1.3g/kg及0.7g/kg灌胃肝立效,第1组给等体积水,连续3日,每日1次,于末次给药1小时腹腔注射0.1%四氯化碳油溶液0.1ml/kg,禁食16小时断头取血,测血清谷丙转氨酶。结果对照
