福建省通过在农田林绿,集中连片森林中,林区原有小路上,村旁、宅旁,生态脆弱地段营造生物防火林带,已经取得了明显的成效,减少了森林火灾的发生。该省在生物林带建设中采用的有效做法是:统一规划,争取政策支持,赢得建设资金,实行科学管理。认为,在今后的生物防火林带建设中,还需要加大宣传,加强技术指导,加强检查考核。
Fujian Province has achieved remarkable results in reducing the occurrence of forest fires by creating a biological fire-retardant forest belt in farmland forest green, contiguous contiguous forest, original small road in forest area, village side, house side and ecologically fragile areas. The effective measures adopted by the province in the construction of biological forest belts include: unified planning, striving for policy support, winning construction funds and implementing scientific management.
