目的:了解村民膳食结构和营养状况。方法:称重和记帐相结合的方法,调查了包头市郊区麻池乡某村131户农民家庭,并测定了他们的血红蛋白以及负荷尿中Vit-B1、Vit-B2、Vit-C等。结果:膳食热能摄入量达到平均供给量标准(RDA)的85.5%。膳食中的Vit-A、Vit-B2和钙摄入明显不足。贫血的检出率为49.8%。负荷尿中Vit-B1、Vit-B2及Vit-C缺乏率分别是22.3%、69.0%和45.9%。结论:膳食结构不合理,蛋白质摄入不足,主要是优质蛋白摄入不足。
Purpose: To understand the dietary structure and nutritional status of villagers. Methods: The method of combining weighing and accounting investigated the peasant family in 131 villages in a village of Machi in the suburbs of Baotou City and measured their hemoglobin and urinary Vit-B1, Vit-B2, Vit-C and so on. Results: Dietary calorie intake reached 85.5% of the average supply standard (RDA). Dietary Vit-A, Vit-B2, and Calcium intake are clearly inadequate. The detection rate of anemia was 49.8%. The urinary Vit-B1, Vit-B2 and Vit-C deficiency rates were 22.3%, 69.0% and 45.9%, respectively. Conclusion: The dietary structure is irrational and protein intake is inadequate, mainly due to inadequate intake of high quality protein.
