具有低温加热硬化性能(BH性能)的高强度钢板在冲压生产中的应用问题,已经成为当前冲压技术发展的一个新方向。具有BH性能的高强度钢板有十分良好的冲压性能,其强度接近于优质低碳钢板。但是,在完成冲压变形和经涂漆与烘干之后,其屈服极限有较大的提高。这种性能对冲压生产十分有利。决定高强度钢板BH效果的因素很多,其主中要有:预变形量、BH处理温度、保温时间、变形方式(应力状态)、加载方向等。预变形量对BH效果影响最大。在冲压预变形和BH处理后,板材性能发生全面的变化,而且出现明显的各向异性。
